The campaign wizard walks you through five steps: basics, channel, audience, message, and review. This guide covers each step in detail.
Step 1: Basics
Section titled “Step 1: Basics”Start by naming your campaign and selecting the agent that will send it.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Campaign Name | A friendly name to identify this campaign (e.g., “Summer Sale 2026”). |
| Agent | The AI agent whose contacts and channel configuration will be used. |
| Campaign Type | Choose Broadcast (multiple recipients) or Direct Message (single recipient). |
Step 2: Channel
Section titled “Step 2: Channel”Choose how your message will be delivered. Each channel card shows its credit cost and requirements.
WhatsApp Template (3 credits/message)
Section titled “WhatsApp Template (3 credits/message)”Best for reaching any contact, regardless of when they last interacted. Requires a pre-approved Meta Business template.
WhatsApp Session (2 credits/message)
Section titled “WhatsApp Session (2 credits/message)”Send free-form text to contacts who messaged your agent in the last 24 hours. No template needed, but limited by the session window.

Section titled “Instagram (2 credits/message)”Send free-form text to contacts who messaged your agent on Instagram in the last 24 hours.
Step 3: Audience
Section titled “Step 3: Audience”Select who will receive your campaign. The available options depend on your channel choice.

| Tags | Comma-separated tags (e.g., vip, premium). Only contacts with matching tags are included. |
| Created After | Only contacts created after this date. |
| Created Before | Only contacts created before this date. |
The preview updates in real time as you adjust filters.

- Add variable key-value pairs as needed.
WhatsApp Session & Instagram
Section titled “WhatsApp Session & Instagram”Type your message directly in the text area. Multi-line messages are supported.
