The SynapsAI console at console.synapsai.app is your central hub for managing agents, knowledge, conversations, and settings. This page explains how the console is organized.
Main navigation
Section titled “Main navigation”The left sidebar is divided into two levels:
- Account level — sections that apply to your entire account (visible at the top).
- Agent level — sections specific to the currently selected agent (visible after selecting an agent).
Agent-level sections
Section titled “Agent-level sections”Once you select an agent, the sidebar shows these sections:

| Dashboard | Key metrics — conversations today, messages, response time, satisfaction score. |
| Knowledge Base | Upload and manage documents, FAQs, and website sources that power RAG. |
| FAQ | View and manage frequently asked question pairs. Import or export in bulk. |
| Playground | Test your agent in real time. Send messages and see how it responds. |
| File Inventory | Browse all uploaded files and their processing status. |
| Catalog | Manage product or service catalogs used by marketplace extensions. |
| Conversations | Review past and active conversations. Filter by date, channel, or status. |
| Triggers | Set up automation rules — e.g., send a welcome message when a user starts a chat. |
| Extensions | Connect third-party services: WhatsApp, Cal.com, Stripe, Live Chat widget. |
| Operators | Invite team members, assign roles (Admin, Operator), and manage permissions. |
| Agent Settings | Configure the system prompt, model, temperature, and agent-specific options. |
Account-level sections
Section titled “Account-level sections”These sections are accessible from the top of the sidebar regardless of which agent is selected:

| Agents | List all your agents. Create new ones or switch between existing agents. |
| Account Settings | Manage your profile, email, password, and notification preferences. |
| Plans & Billing | View your current plan, upgrade or downgrade, and manage payment methods. |
SynapsAI supports two user roles:
- Admin — Full access to all sections, including billing, agent creation, and operator management.
- Operator — Access to conversations and live chat only. Cannot modify agents, knowledge, or billing.
