What is SynapsAI?

SynapsAI is a multi-tenant AI platform that lets you build, deploy, and manage conversational agents powered by large language models. Each agent can be trained on your own data and connected to the channels your customers already use.

  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) — Upload documents, websites, and FAQs. The agent retrieves relevant content at query time and generates accurate, sourced answers.

  1. Create an agent in the SynapsAI console. Each agent is an isolated workspace with its own knowledge base, behavior rules, and integrations.
  2. Add knowledge by uploading PDFs, pasting text, importing FAQ lists, or pointing to a website URL. SynapsAI chunks, embeds, and indexes the content automatically.
  3. Configure behavior using a system prompt that defines the agent’s personality, tone, and guardrails.
  4. Connect channels — embed the web chat widget, scan the WhatsApp QR code, or call the REST API.
  5. Monitor and improve — review conversations, check analytics on the dashboard, and refine the knowledge base over time.
